Reviewing Activity Across Your Team

It’s important to track the progress of your activities in the Retailsphere platform. Here is a quick look at how to navigate the Activity tab.

To view all of your activities in one place navigate to the Activity tab on the left side of the page. You can also access the Activity page by clicking the arrow next to the user icon at the top right of the page.

The Activity page gives you a view of your account at a glance with the default filtered to focus on the past 7 days. 

 

The Activity page shows activities that range from research request updates, stage changes for retailers, changes made to spaces, and any other activity within the CRM.

 

 

You can change the view of the Activity Report by simply clicking one of the headings from Last 7 Days to Retailer, Spaces, Activity Type and From Everyone. 

 

From this page you can also generate reports by clicking the Generate Report button on the right. This will display a window describing the reports you can generate based on the activity filters you have selected.
