How to Search on Retailsphere for Tenants

Here is a look at how you can search the Retailsphere platform for tenants. The search allows for broad and fine-tuned searches. In this example we will search for“experiential retail tenants.”

First, you’ll log-in to Retailsphere’s retail tenant database.

Under the search bar, you can choose between “Franchises,” “National Brands,” and “Multi Unit Groups.” When you’re looking for smaller experiential retail tenants, we recommend starting with “Multi Unit Groups” to cut out on monoliths like Target or Costco.

unnamed (15)In the field marked “Enter Tenant Type,” choose “Experiential Retail.” You can then choose categories and subcategories to refine your search by choosing options like “Entertainment” or “Beauty, Health & Fitness.”

You can also choose to leave these fields open. Narrow your search by city, state, or zip code if you’re looking specifically for local options. Under “Select Unit Square Foot,” choose the square footage range that matches your occupancy. Press search to see your results or save the search for future reference.

Retailsphere will deliver a custom list of brands that meet your requirements. Clicking on one of the experiential retail brand’s names will bring you to a detailed profile. You’ll find a description of the business, a list of direct contacts, and all the other information you need—in just one click.

With basic details, as well as in-depth data such as the preferred demographics of their customers, you can easily decide if a tenant is the right fit for your space and reach out quickly.

You can even view a list of competing brands in the area and click through them for further research. Want to take a deeper look into competing retail centers in the area? We have a tool for that, too.

In this instance, we searched by city. Select a local shopping center, and you’ll open a detailed center profile with a full list of tenants, owners, contacts, and more. Keeping tabs on the competitors in your area is one way you can ensure your future tenants will thrive in your marketplace. Getting a birds-eye-view of your region or town and choosing your occupants based on market demand has never been easier.

With Retailsphere, our goal is to empower your tenant search, and match you with the best possible tenants. If you’re looking for destination brands that drive foot-traffic and help internet-proof your shopping centers, experiential retail tenants could be what you’re looking for.
