How to Submit Research Requests

In this article we show how to search and conduct research requests, with the types of common research requests (contact data, expansion plans, etc.)

Submitting a research request is often as simple as figuring out the retailer you want to bring to your location. But in addition, you can specify National Brand, Franchisor or Multi-Unit Group, while including qualifiers like square footage, anchor tenants wanted

Here is an example of medical research request and how you can broaden the search or narrow it. And when you get the final results you’ve been waiting for, how to put in your research request. 

Once you login, the first stop is our homepage. You have several browsing options, but can click "Health Care" for a general search.

And while some specialties require very little space, other practices such as standalone emergency rooms can fill 10,000 sq. ft.+ vacancies. Using RetailSphere makes finding the perfect health care tenant easy, no matter the square footage or market you’re working with.

After searching for the perfect tenant or retailer, you come to the retailer profile page. Top right, the "Request Research" button gives you the option to put in your request.

Here’s how:

Then a research box pops up and gives you the option to add more detail about what you're looking for:

And that's it. Once you hit submit, the request is on it's way and will soon be in progress and being worked on. You can see the status of your research and other activity here:
