Selecting email templates from the template browser

Start newemails using personal, team, and community templates accessible from the template browser.

At the bottom right of the email composer, click "Insert" and then "Templates". This will open the template browser.

At the top of the window you will see tabs for:

  • Personal Templates
  • Team Templates
  • Community Templates

Personal templates are templates only you have access to. Others on your team or in the Retailsphere community cannot access these templates.

Team templates are templates others on your team have created and shared with you. Under each template you will see the name of your teammate that shared the template with you.

Community templates are created by Retailsphere users who have chose to share useful and high converting templates with the Retailsphere community. All Retailsphere users can access these templates. Under each template you will see the name of the user and the company they work for.

Applying a template

When selecting an email template shown in the template browser, a preview will become visible on the right. To apply a template, click "Insert Template".

The template contents will be added to your email composer. From the composer you can make any edits you'd like to personalize or customize the template to fit your needs (This will not overwrite the original template).
