Sharing email templates

Email templates you create can be shared with others on your team or even the entire Retailsphere community.

To share a template, click your user icon and then "Settings". In the left navigation, click "Email Templates":

From this page you will see all email templates you have created or have access to.

Click the ••• icon found at the far right of the template you would like to share. Click "Share". This will open a window with sharing options.

The options include:

1. Only I can access this template
   1. With this option selected, only you will have access to the template. No one on your team can see or use this template.
2. Share this template with others on my team
   1. Select teammates to give them access to the template. The people you select will now see the templates under "Team Templates" within the template browser. The template browser is accessed from the email composer when clicking "Insert > Templates"
3. Share this template with the Retailsphere Community
   1. With this option selected, all Retailsphere users (including users outside of your account) can access the template. This is a great way to provide knowledge and value to others in the industry.

Click "Save" to apply the sharing changes to the template.
