Requesting research is a great way to get additional information about a retailer that is specific to your needs. Once submitted, our researchers get to work to find the information you requested.
To request research from a retail profile:
- Enter a retail profile
- On the top right, click “Request Research”. A window will reveal.
- Enter the information you are looking for and click “Submit Request”
You can view the status of your requests in the CRM under the Research tab. When research is complete, you will receive an email with the new information.
