Using the “Reach Out” feature to bulk email and subscribe to cadences

Quickly and easily reach out to multiple companies at once by generating a list of people to send an email or subscribe to a cadence.

How to access Reach Out features

From search results

  • To the left of each search result is a checkbox to select each retailer/company you are interested in.
  • Above the search results you will see multiple options appear. Select "Reach Out" to generate a list of contacts associated to the companies you have selected.

From a collection

  • Navigate to your collections and enter a collection of retailers/companies you would like to reach out to.
  • Click the checkboxes next to each company you would like to reach out to (a checkbox to select all is also available at the top left of the collection.)

  • Above the collection you will see multiple options. Of them is a "Reach Out" button.
  • Click "Reach Out" to generate a list of contacts associated to the companies you have selected.

Reach Out options

After selecting people you would like to reach out to you have the options of sending those people an email or subscribing them to a cadence.

Subscribe to a cadence

Clicking "Subscribe to a cadence" will display a window where you can select a cadence to subscibe people to.

Send Email

Clicking "Send Email" open the email composer where you can draft a new email or start from a template.

People who do not have email addresses will not be added to the recipient list.

Edit you list of recipients by clicking the "# People" in the To field.

Reach Out Filters

1. Search - Filter list by name, title, company
2. Contact Types - Lists all contact types from selection of people
  • Retailer contacts
  • Tenant Representatives
  • General Contacts
  • Site Selectors
3. Territories - Territories a contact works within is shown here. If no territory or address is associated to the specific contact, it will default to the state the company is headquartered.
4. Research Criteria - based on data our researchers provide
  • Must have an email address (Contact must have an email address)
  • Has been verified (Contact must be verified by a researcher)
  • Provided an expansion plan (Contact has an associated expansion plan for any of the companies in this reach out)
5. Pipeline Activity - Show/hide contacts that you have already engaged with based on pipeline activity
  • In my pipeline (Person is in "My Contacts")
  • Have not emailed (You have never emailed the person)
  • Have emailed (You have emailed the person in the past)
6. Company type - Displays all available types from the data
  • National Brand
  • Local/Regional
  • Franchisor
  • Franchisee
  • Commercial Real Estate
  • Brokerage
7. Companies - Show/hide entities listed in the "Company" column
