Viewing requested research within the CRM

From the Research section of the CRM you can check on the status of your research requests or view completed research.

From the RetailSphere homepage, navigate to the “Research” tab by choosing the arrow (circled below) and choose research. From this page you will see a list of all research requests you have made.

Once on the Research Requests page, you can see all of your requests!

Sorting
The list by default is sorted by date requested. You can optionally change the sorting order by status or retailer name from the dropdown located at the top left of the list.

Expanding retailers only
You can also choose to view only research completed on retailers that are currently expanding by clicking the “View only expanding retailers” checkbox.

View completed research
View research by clicking the name of the retailer. A panel will slide out from the right and display the information Retailsphere researchers have collected. At the bottom you can see the call log between the researcher and the contacts spoken to.
